• Do not place multiple orders for the same link simultaneously.
• Accounts must remain public while orders are processing.
• No guarantee for exact delivery speed.
• Start count may vary due to platform updates.
• Orders may take longer during high demand periods.

3. Refill Policy

• Refills are available only on refill-enabled services.
• Username changes void refill eligibility.
• Private accounts are not eligible for refills.
• Refill requests may take 24-72 hours.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds after successful service delivery.
• Cancelled orders are refunded to panel balance only.
• No bank refunds.
• Wrong orders placed by users are non-refundable.

5. Abuse

• Fraudulent payments will result in suspension.
• Chargebacks will result in permanent termination.
• Abusive behavior towards staff is prohibited.

6. Account Termination

QUANT SMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
